Our 3 included dinners at: Bahia Vik, La Huella, and Thursday at Estancia Vik with horseback riding, a traditional Uruguayan BBQ, and this year a special celebration party honoring our 10th year retreating in Jose Ignacio!

AT BAHIA VIK and PLAYA VIK:
Bahia Vik and Playa Vik are luxury boutique hotels right on the beach with sunsets directly over the water, described as one of the best sunsets on the planet.
There are spacious en suite bungalows, designed with a modern and comfortable flavor that combine clean, contemporary architecture and rustic natural landscape.
Both properties are in walking distance to The Shack Yoga - where classes will be held & La Susana Restaurant where one brunches will be held. PLAYA VIK is slightly closer to town. BAHIA VIK is closer to The Shack.
You will have access to their Concierge Services.

*Included Dinners will be Sunday at Bahia Vik, Monday at La Huella, and Thursday at Estancia Vik. For Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday everyone is free to go to dinner wherever they want to explore and eat. We will help with reservations and recommendations.

José Ignacio is a beautiful surf town in Uruguay, South America, with beaches similar to Montauk and Amagansett NY. It is a small peninsula with the ocean on one side and the bay on the other. Some of the best restaurants in all of Uruguay are located right in this specific area. It is truly a gastronomic paradise where South Americans from many countries go to vacation during summer.
