ABOUT TINOS & MARMERO

marmēro - comes from the greek word meaning to sparkle.

Tinos is a Cycladic island known for its vibrant green marble, which in the summer glimmers under the bright Greek sun - a symbol for receiving and giving back, for absorbing and sharing our light with the world.

Tinos is described as an outdoor museum, as many Greek artists were born and raised there. It is close to Mykonos, Andros and Delos in the Aegean Sea.  Full of picturesque houses, outdoor sculptures, fertile plains and whitewashed chapels built on the rocks. With numerous sand and rock beaches to explore, along with trails leading all around the island, Tinos is special Greek gem that has remained close to its history and natural beauty.
