YFBP PAYMENT POLICY

After we have received a confirmation from you through a deposit or full payment securing your space in a retreat with Yoga For Bad People, a courtesy hold allows one week to finalize your room choice.

This deposit/payment is non-transferable after 60 days before the retreat begins. The deposit is always non-refundable and must be used within one year of the original retreat start date (see details below).

Retreat Cancellations

Definitions

"Cancellation" is defined as not attending your scheduled Yoga For Bad People retreat, including postponing or rescheduling. "You" refers to the guest booking a Yoga For Bad People retreat. "We" refers to Yoga For Bad People.

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance and even travel medical insurance; check out www.travelinsurance.com or www.withfaye.com or www.axatravelinsurance.com.

We also encourage you to include flight insurance when booking your flights if your travel insurance does not cover that.

Guest Cancellation Policy

Yoga For Bad People does not offer cash/check or credit card refunds for any reason. A portion of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat within one year of your original retreat date.

We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest of the same gender for the same retreat you originally booked, with the same level of accommodations, unless we approve the changes in accommodation or gender. Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply.

Fees are determined by the following schedule:

  • If you cancel more than 120 days before your retreat start date, 90% of your payment may be applied to another Yoga For Bad People retreat within one year of your original retreat start date.

  • If you cancel 119-90 days before your retreat start date, 75% of your payment may be applied to another Yoga For Bad People retreat within one year of your original retreat dates.

  • If you cancel 89-60 days before your retreat start date, 50% of your payment may be applied to another Yoga For Bad People retreat within one year of your original retreat start date.

  • If you cancel 59-40 days before your retreat start date, 30% of your payment may be applied to another Yoga For Bad People retreat within one year of your original retreat start date.

  • *** If you do not use this credit within one year, you will be forfeit 100% of your original payment (whether that is a deposit or full payment).

  • If you cancel 39 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.

  • Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.

Yoga For Bad People Retreat Cancellation Policy

If Yoga For Bad People must cancel or change a scheduled retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payments to us, constituting a full settlement.

Yoga For Bad People is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
