ABOUT KAT COLLA

Teaching since 2010, Katherine Colla's classes are clean, fun, vibrant and wildly intuitive. Her influences are teachings of B.K.S lyengar, the method at Katonah Yoga, fellow teachers in her community, and her everyday life. Non Yoga Fact: Partially blind in my left eye.

ABOUT KRYSTINA HOLBROOK

Krystina is a Los Angeles based yoga instructor from Northern California. Teaching since 2015, her classes are powerful, dynamic, meditative and grounding. While building off the foundation of the breath, she incorporates safe sequencing, creative play & strong notes of spirituality. Her practice is influenced by her mentors, travels & everyday experiences. Non Yoga Fact : Loves the smell of wet dogs.

YFBP’s Cuba program is fully compliant with the Support for the Cuban People category of OFAC’s general license. Travelers will receive a travel authorization letter and detailed itinerary, which can be used to purchase your travel visa through the airline you fly.

Excessive free time and recreational activities are not permitted, and travelers are required to work with CET and our local partners to maintain a full-time program that includes incredibly fun and interesting site visits, discussions, performances, tours, happy hours and meals that help our incredible neighbors on the island.
